Connecting to Care Faster: Introducing our AI Navigation Assistant Early Adopter Program

Every day Case Managers, Community Health Workers, and Care Coordinators do the crucial work of connecting people with essential support. However, navigating complex social care needs can get in the way of having an empathetic conversation with the people you’re helping.

At Findhelp, we help you focus less on searching and more on people. That’s why we’ve built the AI Navigation Assistant—a new tool embedded directly into customer Staff Sites to help care teams find resources faster and more holistically.

We’re launching an Early Adopter Program (EAP) to a select group of customers to evaluate and refine this feature together. Read on to learn how this tool works, why enterprise security comes first, and how care teams can participate in our live webinar on July 30 to learn more.

Conversational natural-language search reduces intake times for multi-need clients.

Findhelp’s enterprise security guardrails and administrative controls keep data private while keeping human experts in charge.

Organizations can apply for our Early Adopter Program cohort and register for our upcoming live webinar.

Save time and effort with natural-language search

Social care needs usually occur together. A person needing housing support often needs food and transportation assistance at the same time. Traditional search tools force navigators to run separate searches for every category, spending extra minutes stopping, clicking, and restarting after each result.

Our AI Navigation Assistant reduces search time to seconds. Located directly on the Findhelp Customer Staff Site homepage, it lets logged-in navigators search across multiple needs using a single sentence. For example, a care coordinator can type:“Find housing assistance and nearby food pantries for an incoming veteran”.

Instead of addressing each need individually, the assistant scans our database and returns programs for every requested need at once, allowing navigators to spend more time for people and less time on searching.

Enterprise guardrails and human review

Grounded data and strict privacy

Bringing artificial intelligence into social care requires strict standards. Our AI Navigation Assistant runs on an enterprise-grade architecture (built on Claude Sonnet 4.5) operating securely behind credentialed staff logins.

Most importantly, it’s strictly grounded in Findhelp’s live, verified Programs database. It never pulls unverified information from the open web or invents non-existent resources.

We also put data privacy first. The assistant features zero model training on customer or client data without explicit approval, zero conversational data retention, and built-in protections for sensitive health information. Searches remain private to the customer organization.

Administrative control

Customers have complete authority over AI Navigation Assistant implementation, and the tool is off by default. Customer administrators retain the ability to enable the feature for their staff.

Putting credentialed experts first

We designed this tool as a workforce productivity assistant, not a public-facing chatbot. By placing the Assistant exclusively in the hands of trained, credentialed professionals—like Case Managers and Care Coordinators—a human expert reviews and confirms every program match before connecting the individual to care.
