“There has been an annual forum with CBOs, health systems, and payers at the same table to share ideas and feedback, and I really welcome that. I ask that Findhelp continue to do that because, at the end of the day, social needs and the workflows are really dependent on relationships. That is something that the vendor understands. “We have a unique contract with Findhelp, and they have stuck to that and have been super proactive and engaged. We are really trying to be efficient with our dollars, and that is a very good mark.
