Learn how to search for and connect people to resources, send and track your referrals, and claim your program to join the findhelp.org network.

Attend the 201 Training: CBO Tools

Monthly, 3rd Tuesdays | Register

Learn how to manage program listings, collaborate with your team, update intake and determine eligibility, and report on your impact.

Whenever you’re ready

Test your knowledge with a quick quiz. Answer at least 7 of 10 questions correctly to pass! (If you fail, no worries—you’re welcome to try again).

That’s it! After passing the quiz, you’ll be an official Findhelp Certified Navigator 🎉

We’ll email you the Findhelp Certified badge to add to your website. You’ll also receive a link to add the ‘Findhelp Certified’ credential to your LinkedIn profile, highlighting your expertise and dedication to your professional network.

  • Who can become certified?
    • Anyone who works at a community program listed on Findhelp can get Navigator Certification. Not listed? Add your program for free!
  • What is the difference between claiming and certification?
    • Claiming gives you ownership of your program page and access to our free management tools. 
    • Certification is a credential that recognizes your platform expertise and commitment to serving the community through Findhelp.
  • What if I don’t pass the quiz?
  • What if my program reaches capacity?
    • Findhelp’s tools allow you to update and publicly display your program’s availability.
    • Indicating that your program is “at capacity” or “has a waitlist” will temporarily lower it in search results
    • When you’re ready to accept new clients and update your status to ‘available,’ you’ll return to your boosted search placement.
