Learn how to manage program listings, collaborate with your team, update intake and determine eligibility, and report on your impact.

Test your knowledge with a quick quiz. Answer at least 7 of 10 questions correctly to pass! (If you fail, no worries—you’re welcome to try again).
That’s it! After passing the quiz, you’ll be an official Findhelp Certified Navigator 🎉
We’ll email you the Findhelp Certified badge to add to your website. You’ll also receive a link to add the ‘Findhelp Certified’ credential to your LinkedIn profile, highlighting your expertise and dedication to your professional network.

- What is the difference between claiming and certification?
- Claiming gives you ownership of your program page and access to our free management tools.
- Certification is a credential that recognizes your platform expertise and commitment to serving the community through Findhelp.
- What if I don’t pass the quiz?
- You can try again!
- The quiz can be taken multiple times until you correctly answer at least 7 out of 10 questions.
- If you need a refresher, feel free to attend another training session or join our weekly CBO Office Hours.
- What if my program reaches capacity?
- Findhelp’s tools allow you to update and publicly display your program’s availability.
- Indicating that your program is “at capacity” or “has a waitlist” will temporarily lower it in search results
- When you’re ready to accept new clients and update your status to ‘available,’ you’ll return to your boosted search placement.
