In this 201 session, we’ll discuss:
- The benefits of claiming your program(s) on findhelp.org;
- Exploration of your free program management tools and impact reports; and
- Special considerations for your team and program(s).

Community Engagement Manager
Alicia Baker is the Indiana Community Engagement Manager for Aunt Bertha. She works with community organizations across the state to maximize the tools that Aunt Bertha offers. Previously, Alicia was the Director of Neighborhood Engagement at John Boner Neighborhood Centers in Indianapolis and also worked in the non-profit sector with local community organizations.
