In this 101 session, we’ll discuss:
How an open social care network best serves the interests of individuals;
How to find and connect directly with resources; and
Tips & tricks to spend less time searching and more time helping people.

Alicia Baker is the Indiana Community Engagement Manager for Aunt Bertha. She works with community organizations across the state to maximize the tools that Aunt Bertha offers. Previously, Alicia was the Director of Neighborhood Engagement at John Boner Neighborhood Centers in Indianapolis and also worked in the non-profit sector with local community organizations.
